As I am relaying the message in September, well before the offseason in baseball, I can’t emphasize how important it is for baseball fans, players, coaches, or anyone coming from out of town for spring training it is to prepare yourselves today. Especially when it comes to booking rooms. Some of you may want to get a hotel room. If you are coming in groups, as a family, or if you are staying for the long haul, you may want to consider something large and adequate. You want something that will save you, family or friends extra money or additional hassles by finding something other than a hotel room. Why?
Lets be realistic. Getting a hotel room can be as uncomfortable for you as a visitor if you plan to stay more than a week. Most hotel rooms have just one bathroom, two queen sized beds, and maybe a small sofa, and possibly a kitchen in one small room. Most have those heating and cooling machines that sits right next to the window, which are so loud, and so unfunctional. Getting those machines at the right and comfortable temperature are nearly impossible. Still, you pay over $100 to maybe $300 a night for that small area to stay in during a peak time period.
I am a provider in seasonal rental homes and condominiums for fans, players, coaches and executives for the Cactus League. However, they are limited at the peak season and in high demand. I can provide you the available listings for seasonal rentals for February and March.
In addition, I am connected with a global provider who provides top of the line apartment suites at reasonable costs than what you get in an ordinary hotel room. Yes, you would have a living room, private bedroom, baths (linens provided) and dining room! These apartment suites will provide you furnished throughout with contemporary decor. Oh, I do have to mention one more thing. These units have well equipped kitchens with granite counter tops to prepare your own meals! You will have great personal service with 24 hour support, including housekeeping.
